The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a high-end feel and clever layouts, but the gym equipment was inaccessible as it doubled as storage space. The service was accommodating and thoughtful, including complimentary treats and a cocktail. The location is unbeatable with stunning skyline views in an up-and-coming area, perfect for a vibrant experience. The dining options vary from wonderful and abundant to expensive and limited breakfast choices. Overall, a luxurious stay with some minor drawbacks.

Staying at The Brick was an absolute delight! The room was simply WONDERFUL with moody walls, a small terrace, double marble sinks, rainfall shower heads, and the best part - a clawfoot bathtub where I enjoyed a relaxing, nightly soak. However, be cautious of the single bedrooms. The beautiful room had a real high-end feel with lovely products and a clever room layout.

The service at The Brick was top-notch! They invited us for a drink downstairs, introduced us to everyone, picked us up from the airport, and cared for us like family. They even left us a handwritten letter wishing us a good stay along with a charcuterie and fruit plate.

The location of The Brick in the beautiful Roma Neighborhood of CDMX was perfect, offering unobstructed views of the skyline. It's in an up-and-coming 'soho'ish' area that completes 'The Brick' experience.

While the dining wasn't included in the rate, I found it delicious on the front terrace overlooking the city activity. However, the breakfast starting at 8 am may be inconvenient for business travelers.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were simply wonderful with a real high-end feel, lovely products, clever room layout, and the highlight being the clawfoot bathtub for a relaxing soak. The service was pleasant, helpful, and courteous, although there were missed opportunities when it came to managerial presence. The location, nestled in the beautiful Roma district of CDMX, was fantastic with excellent dining options and fun shopping nearby. The dining experience was great for select rooms, offering a continental breakfast, but not included in higher rates. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a small balcony, done in a warm, contemporary design which I loved. They were almost soundproof, providing a tranquil environment. However, the single bedrooms without windows felt a bit cramped. The bathroom was simply wonderful, with double marble sinks, rainfall shower heads, and a luxurious clawfoot bathtub for a relaxing soak.

The service was top-notch! The staff was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to make my stay special. I appreciated the handwritten welcome letter and the delicious charcuterie and fruit plate waiting in the room. However, the response time to requests could be improved as there was a delay in addressing an issue with noise.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, tucked away in the heart of Mexico City in the beautiful Roma neighborhood. It's in an up-and-coming area that truly completes 'The Brick' experience. The blend of a 1920s mansion and a modern tower is seamlessly done, offering a unique stay.
Dining

The dining experience was satisfactory with quality food, although the service was a bit slow. The breakfast options were limited, starting a bit late for business travelers. It's worth noting that the dining options are not part of the hotel itself.

7.6/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though really nice and featuring a unique layout, were small for the price paid and the service was a bit inconsistent. However, the location was fantastic, providing unbeatable views and placing me in the heart of trendy areas. The dining options were decent but limited, and the facilities were generally satisfactory.
Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a mini suite that spanned two floors with a bath on top open to the balcony, which was fantastic. However, the rooms were on the smaller side considering the cost.
Service
7.0
The staff were trying their best, kind, and helpful. They even left a thoughtful handwritten letter and a delicious charcuterie and fruit plate in the room upon my arrival, which I found welcoming. However, the service was a bit uneven during my stay.
Location
9.0
The location of the hotel is simply the best, on a mezzanine level with unobstructed skyline views, situated in the up-and-coming 'soho'ish' area. However, the proximity to a loud rooftop bar made the room a bit noisy due to inadequate soundproofing.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was acceptable but with limited options, particularly for breakfast. The quality of the food served was good, but the variety was lacking.
